Our Year 5 and 6 girls have been working with a specialist dance teacher on a dance project inspired by Islamic New Year traditions, alongside the rich history of celebration, music, and dance across the Islamic world.

For 8 weeks our dance teacher Mez has been working with the girls on creating art and dance inspired by Islamic New Year traditions.

As part of the project, they will be performing at the South Asian History Month Mela at East Riddlesden Hall on Sunday 19th July.
