Our Year 6 children have visited London for a guided tour of the Houses of Parliament today, followed by a trip on the London Eye. Our busy day was topped off with pizza in a local restaurant before we headed back to Bradford on the train. 

This is the third year our Year 6 children have enjoyed this trip thanks to the hard work of our Community Pioneer, Mrs Garner, who completes the application for the visit each year.

 The children had a fantastic day, saying, "Thank you, Mrs Garner – we had a great time learning all about democracy and what happens at the Houses of Parliament. We loved seeing the sights from the London Eye too!"
